What is the HouseCoin Listing Program?

Sellers pay a non-refundable $895 listing fee when they complete the forms to have their home listed. At this time the homeowner chooses the amount they would like to pay the buyers agent (see other FAQ questions that address this more specifically). After completing the paperwork and providing photos, the home is listed on the MLS and immediately is available to thousands of buyers & agents across Minnesota through hundreds of websites.

Your local HouseCoin broker will provide a showing line that will handle all showing requests for the sellers. In addition, your local HouseCoin broker will provide sellers with information on conducting Open Houses, print marketing and providing a sign for the yard and lockbox if interested and applicable.
